Parker O’Dwyer gained an MFA in genre fiction in the chilly climes of Gunnison, Colorado. Although she’s lived and traveled all over the United States, from New York to the high country of Colorado, her writing is always connected to her Iowa roots.
She knows that monsters exist. They live down the hall, deliver pizzas, make our laws, or share your bed. But they are, undoubtedly, human.
When not writing or traveling, Parker haunts the local libraries and cafes in Des Moines, Iowa. Parker also spends her time running (slowly), listening to crime podcasts, and arguing with her cat.
